Shigeru Sakashita
Shigeru managed industrial process analysis and energy efficiency projects at Maekawa Manufacturing, focusing on alcohol and beer factories. In 2009, he established a company specializing in thermal energy utilization and has applied for over 100 patents. For many years, he has provided technical support to overseas clients and factories. In 2020, he launched the business of Cool Innovation Co., Ltd.
Takanori Tayama
Takanori has been involved in the founding of an independent VC firm, gaining around 10 years of experience. He managed four VC funds and handled subsidiary acquisitions and management, achieving a 300% return on the managed funds. In 2015, he co-founded a financial support company for SMEs with a certified public accountant, successfully supporting over 10 billion yen in funding.
Dan Chang
Dan is a Taiwan-born Japanese national fluent in Japanese, Chinese, and English, with experience in marketing and global business development at HP and a semiconductor manufacturer. During his tenure at Amazon Web Services, he achieved top departmental performance for two consecutive years. As a co-founder of two startups, one of which he served as VP Partner, he has secured investment from top VCs such as SoftBank.
